The Athlete's Diary helps you keep track of your running, cycling, swimming, and other fitness activities. You can view an entire week of workouts on the Weekly screen, or lists of totals on the Totals screen. If you prefer the graphical view, you can look at your totals graphically. Use the Palm version all by itself, or use it in conjunction with the desktop version to log your workouts while you travel, and HotSync them back to the desktop when you return. The Athlete's Diary for the PalmPilot comes with Windows conduit software, and is fully compatible with the desktop version.
