Use the Food Planner app to plan your food plan for the next days. In the calendar, you can either manually select your meals or simply let them suggest you. If they do not like you, you can still change them. In the Food Planner app you can either choose from existing meals or you can add your own dishes without any problems. With recipes and ingredients you can then describe your dish. If you want to go shopping, simply go to shopping list, where all the ingredients and dishes are listed. The default shopping list lists items for this and the next three days, but you can easily change the size of your shopping list in the settings (with 0, all items for today are displayed, with 1 for today and tomorrow, with 2 for today and the next 2 days, etc). So that you take your meals in time and start cooking in time, the food planner reminds you. You can customize your times and notifications under Settings -> Notifications. If you want to eat something spontaneously, but you do not know what, just go to Random meals and then pick your meal which you want to take to you. Then a suitable meal will be suggested to you. If you do not agree with this, just click on the dice in the upper right and you will be offered a new meal. If you want to personalize something of the Food Planner app, go to Settings and see if you find a suitable option.
