Velja reads the samples of an audio cd in raw mode bypassing the table of contents (TOC) of the disc. It writes standard PCM-Wave files onto your hard disc. Use this program if the toc is not readable properly e.g. when you scratched the disc. The audio tracks are recognized by silence detection.
