WeightLog helps you to manage your weight, using feedback and goal setting. You start with a target weight that is higher or lower than your current weight. Decide how fast you want to lose (or gain). WeightLog will construct a theoretical weight change line for you, with a target date. Then you simply log your body weight each time you weigh. WeightLog calculates incremental changes over time, graphs the results, and compares them to your goals. You always know if you are on track, or if you need to adjust your diet and exercise.
