Overview:
Tempo lets you choose from 13 simple meter signatures. Select a different meter quickly by using the meter buttons. You can assign another meter to a button by tapping and holding onto it and selecting a new meter from the pop-up menu. Note that you effectively get more meters with other denominators; for example, at the same beats per minute, 2/2 sounds the same as 2/4. The row of LEDs at the top represents a single bar. The number of LEDs corresponds to the numerator in the time meter. As the metronome plays, the LED light up in turn, giving visual feedback of the progression through the bar. There are three ways to set the tempo. You can tap on the arrow buttons to make fine adjustments, or hold onto them to make course adjustments in steps of 10. You can change the number of ticks sounded per beat by using the BEAT buttons. Use the onscreen slider to change the playback volume or use the hardware volume buttons.
