Overview:
PicCard lets you choose a picture and a mailing address and send a print for just 99 cents*. The PicCard application and service handle everything for you, even including a short message for your recipient! Currently, users must have a PayPal account to order PicCard prints. The PayPal account must have either a positive balance, or a credit card assigned to it.
