Overview:
When you have a database of hundreds of addresses or contacts it becomes very difficult to find the business card or contact details immediately when you need them. Manually entering the telephone numbers to dial or email ID or website addresses consumes time. if it is a long distance call you need to dial a long number correctly if any one digit is wrong then the call may land up in a wrong place. if we don't find the contact when we need it then we lose lot of time searching for the business card or contact details. There is a solution for all these problems by using Address Book software.Address Book helps in searching any record in thousands of records in a few seconds. You can either search by person's name or company's name. Search by alphabet button to display the names starting from that alphabet. Scroll the records by mouse or by arrow keys. Page up and page down buttons can be used to display next nine records or previous nine records. Home button will display the first page and End button will display the last page. Search criteria is highlighted to show whether you are searching person or company. Dialing facility is available if modem is installed. You can dial telephone numbers and mobile numbers just with one click by mouse.
