Overview:

This test is based on a method very currently used by health professionals and it requires a medium effort that everyone can do. Effort Test measure the heart rate in three key points of the adaptation of the heart at rest, immediately after a simple exercise (leg flexing), after resting one minute after exercise. The result enables you to estimate your actual fitness state. The test can be done by children over 12.
