My Body allows you to store pictures of your-self so that you can actually see any changes to your body, this can be very useful in keeping you focused on your goals. Your details are automatically rolled forward daily to make it easy to change your information, and adjust your goals. If you wish to see previous days easily move back and forward by swiping left or right. Even though My Body is designed to allow you to quickly view all the important aspects of your body and stats, its main feature is a set of powerful graphs. The graphs not only allow you to view your history and analyse trends, but they also show health bands for relevant stats. Saving the best for last, you can actually interact with the graph, zoom in/out, and move around in the graph to see exactly what you want to.Note: The "Download Now" link directs you to the iTunes App Store, where you must continue the download process. You must have iTunes installed in order to open the link, and you must have an active iTunes account to download the application. This download may not be available in some countries."
