Overview:
Customize your workouts by setting the number of intervals/circuits that you will perform as well as warm up, high intensity, low intensity, rest and cool down times. Any of these can be set to zero to simply skip that segment. A distinct tone will play when your change from one segment of your workout to the next. Change songs or take a phone call mid-workout and Intervals will keep your timer running in the background. Work out to music by starting your music first, and then launching Intervals and configuring your workout. Note: The "Download Now" link directs you to the iTunes App Store, where you must continue the download process. You must have iTunes installed in order to open the link, and you must have an active iTunes account to download the application. This download may not be available in some countries."
