Overview:

iBarnyard is an education iPhone application for children that uses fun cartoon characters to present real farm animal sounds in simple game. Children can associate the sounds with the animal's name or simply press an animal's button and hear one of several different sounds on the sound board. Through this process, kids are introduced to the iPhone UI in an interactive way. There are nine sounds to choose from, and two modes of play. Designed to be simple and easy to use, children may interact with little to no adult assistance. iBarnyard offers an introduction to the iPhone experience for younger children with dual modes of operation. Also, in addition to educational games focused on animals, the application presents the iPhone platform in a way that allows children to grow with the device itself.
