Overview:
My Yellow Notepad replaces the classic yellow notepad and pen or pencil. Information is organized by topics in outline format, or tree structure, making it easy to enter, change, search and reorganize your thoughts. Topics can be organized using a mouse, with keyboard shortcuts or by clicking toolbar buttons. The tabbed document interface allows multiple documents to be used at one time. You can save images while creating recipes, Internet links and bookmarks while doing research or links to local files and folders while creating to-do lists. Make sure notes are error-free using the spell checker. Format text with fonts and colors you choose. Set margins, tab stops, superscript and subscript, background color and paragraph alignment. Topic modification history shows dates and times when changes were made and by whom. Use clones and nested clones to create multiple views of the same data. After one clone is edited the changes are displayed by all clones. You can print a topic whenever a physical copy is needed. Unlimited undo/redo provides a safety net while editing documents, creating topics and arranging them. A versatile find and replace feature makes it easy to search for that lost thought, forum password or piece of information. Navigate documents with Internet browser-like forward and backward buttons. Save documents in either a compressed or uncompressed format. The included standalone viewer allows unlimited distribution of documents and help files in a single executable file.
