How to find out if your Oracle database is working? You need a Oracle DBA to check thru all the v$datafile, v$recover_file. It requires a lot of knowledge and experience. SmipleCheck provide a convenient way to check for the status of Oracle database. You can easily find out which datafiles is offline, which datafiles need recoveries, what many invalid objects in the database. You do not need to remember complex SQL statements to retrieve those information. This program like all our previous software, it does not requires to be install. If you are running on windows 2003 server, you have all the necessary DDL to run it.
