Overview:
Account Ability prepares information returns (1099, 1098, 5498, W2G) and annual wage reports (W2, W2C) electronically, on laser, inkjet and generic dot matrix printers. Account Ability can import SSA EFW2 (formerly MMREF-1) files, IRS Pub. 1220 compliant files, Excel�® spreadsheets and delimited text files. The FREE Import Mapping Utility facilitates the job of mapping and importing comma, tab, or pipe delimited text files. Account Ability includes electronic filing! Electronic files are easily appended and uploaded to the IRS or Social Security Administration via The IRS FIRE System or SSA Business Services Online (BSO). Account Ability also creates reporting files for states supporting EFW2 (formerly MMREF-1).
