The list of 50 or so NTP Servers is fully editable. See what time it is somewhere else in the World - up to extra individual 10 Time Zone Clocks and a Time Zone Map. Clocks can be any Shape, Size, Color, Effects. Dynamic Icons including, the one on the system tray. Scheduling of Events - reminders, multimedia alarms, hourly chimes, tasks, Text-to Speech messages, applications... Customizable Language Support means you can easily change text and hints on TICs windows either to another language or to your own cooler wording."
