Overview:
MobaSSH is a free SSH server for Windows, compatible with any ssh client (OpenSSH client, Putty). MobaSSH comes with an easy to use installer and some useful GNU utilities for monitoring and managing a remote computer silently. It also allows you to transfer files securely with scp/sftp. MobaSSH is packaged in a small single executable that registers as a Windows service so that it can be monitored like other normal Windows services. Version 1.0 adds an option for choosing logs bakend (local file or Windows Event Viewer), an option for choosing the directory for local log files, an option for setting log level (quiet, verbose, error, debug, info), an option for running a "Cron" daemon with the SSH server, updates OpenSSH to version 5.1p1 with some best practices regarding security, and switches to SSH protocol version 2 with no fallback to version 1.
