Biorhythms are periodic cycles that start on the day you are born and repeat throughout your life. The primary biorhythms are mental, physical and emotional. There are also secondary rhythms, which are combinations of two primary ones: passion is physical + emotional, wisdom is mental + emotional, and mastery is mental + physical.
