Overview:
offSync is a time synchronization utility, that gives you the option to sync between an online NTP server, or a local server on your network. With offSync, you can offset your time by a specified amount of time, and schedule a sync to occur as frequently as you choose. This utility is placed in your system tray, allowing you to perform a manual sync at any time. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com
