Overview:
GL Digger allows you to search over multilingual or monolingual glossaries in XML format and quickly return records that match your search criteria. As most glossaries do not come by default in XML format, the tool provides two import filters that convert MS Excel and Trados MultiTerm files into XML. All glossaries can be updated at any time and exported from GL Digger into MS Excel or Trados MultiTerm file formats. This feature also allows you to quickly convert an MS Excel file into a Trados MultiTerm file or vice versa. Simply import a file in one format and export the resulting XML file in another format. If you are requested to create a project glossary, you can use the custom dictionary feature that allows you to add terms to a user defined glossary. That glossary can contain up to six columns and can be exported once the project is completed.
