Overview:

OmniFleet Shop is an easy-to-use maintenance management application for in-house repair shops. Track information for equipment, employees, vendors, repairs, fuel, parts inventory, and PM. An unlimited number of discrete PM schedules can be created by the user, making PM scheduling for different equipment types easy and efficient. Over 60 built-in reports are included, and the custom report wizard creates simple ad-hoc reports with only a few clicks of the mouse. Its Fuel Performance analysis helps you manage your fuel costs by measuring your equipment's fuel usage against performance targets you set for each piece of equipment. Its Query by Example Wizard makes flexible selection of records for reporting very easy. Reports can be emailed as Acrobat PDF files. Easily export your data to ASCII, dBase III/IV, HTML, and directly to Excel XLS. PM due includes when PM services are due, and services that have been performed outside of your schedule (early or late, by usage and date). The PM Reminders Monitor notification bar program monitors your scheduled PM Service Reminders and automatically creates human language PM Service Reminders for you. Both equipment and parts can have a single identifying image associated with each record, while you are free to use this image for any purpose you wish, the use we have in mind is that the image will be one depicting an individual piece of equipment, or part.Version 9.0 adds new features including Fuel Performance Analysis, additional media types that can be associated with equipment (including video), capability of using industry standard SSL when sending email, an HTML email editor, and its Ribbon Bar for program navigation. The new Ribbon Bar is significant in that its well organized set of large icons and controls provide quick access and a clear command structure for the program's features.
