Using this application you can create autoresponders ranging from the simplest "I'm of office" ones to automatic sequential follow-up machines sending out messages to your prospects at predefined time intervals. Supports parsing of incoming emails (web forms support), personalization ("Dear John" instead of "Dear Customer"), looping protection, binary attachments support, HTML messages, email forwarding and more.. Contains a reporting module. Let's suppose you want to create a monthly course on, say, e-mail marketing. The course is to be delivered via email. All you have to do is to simply create the messages containing the course parts. That's it! FollowUpXpert takes it from there. Anyone interested can now subscribe via email. The course material will then be automatically delivered to that person. And if anyone wants to cancel the subscription, they can do it at any time by sending an email. FollowUpXpert runs on your home or office PC. All you need is an ordinary email account and a connection to the Internet. It doesn't have to be a dedicated connection; a modem will suffice.
