Overview:
DualDesk Executive can be customized with your own Splash Screen and text in the customer auto-setup modules and the technician's setup program. Only the auto-installer can be customized in the Executive Edition, the DualDesk program icons and internal program text remains the same as in the Professional edition. Designed for Corporations, Service Providers and VARS, the Executive Edition customer module installer/launcher is custom programmed with your copyright, contact information, custom text and company logo in the splash screen and icon to present a more professional image to your remote customers. The DualDesk server executable, RemoteStart, WebStart and technician side software still display DualDesk. Small 264 k file size, unlimited customer connections per technician seat. Options include 40, 56 or 128 bit Encryption plug-in, Password Protection, Session Privileges Prompt (view-only, remote control without file sharing or full control), Automatic Repeater ID/Ticket Number prompt and File Subfolder Transfers.
