Here's how Dreamer's Log helps you record and analyze these fleeting memories: Load the Dreamer's Log application before bed and place it next to you. Throughout the night, if you wake up and remember your dream, simply describe your dream aloud and Dreamer's Log will record it for later analysis . Do this whenever you remember your dream. The next day you can load up Dreamer's Log and listen to your descriptions and categorize your dreams.
