Overview:
FixXPToolTips Fix the windows XP bug where the system tray tool tip will go behind, not on top, of the system tray. Simply checks and unchecks the Keep the task bar on top of other windows check mark setting. Provides temporary relief only, must be ran any time this problem occurs. Delete file to uninstall. To my knowledge this bug only occurs in Windows XP and possibly Vista.Version 1.3 Final has been recompiled as C code which saved a lot of space (473KB to 12KB).
