Overview:
GymTrac allows you to manage your training and monitor your progress on the iPhone. It is a dedicated training management tool which uses the simple philosophy that when you train, you need to periodically change your workouts to meet your goals and promote muscle growth. As a brief overview GymTrac allows you to create training phases over the number of weeks you feel is best suited to your routine. Each week allows you to further customise days, so that you can select what day you will train, which exercises you will perform, and the number of sets per exercise. To help easily add sets to an exercise GymTrac allows you to customise auto-increments for weight and repetitions, so that you can very quickly create a workout for any given day.Note: The "Download Now" link directs you to the iTunes App Store, where you must continue the download process.
