From the developer: MindFusion's FlowChartX ActiveX control is designed to give graphical representation to: Workflow processes Any kind of diagrams Presentation of algorithms Object hierarchies and relationships Structures like graphs, trees, etc Various kinds of charts any other data that might need drawing FlowChartX can be used in two ways: On one hand, you can place it in compound documents when you need any of the listed above drawings to illustrate your data, text or ideas. Compound documents can include linked or embedded objects, as well as their native data. They are supported by many OLE-compatible software applications like word processors, graphic manipulation programs or spreadsheet programs. On the other hand, you can use the control as part of your own software application. You might want to support some kind of chart drawings but don't have the necessary time or resources to develop such functionalities on your own. Using this ready made, rich-featured and tested component could spare you many efforts and troubles.
