Who's Calling turns your PC into a high-tech CallerID (CID) box with advanced features. It even works for users who don't have CID services by dialing out to a phone company service and getting the caller information. It's easy to install and use, working with CID service to audibly announce incoming calls by speaking the number, record caller information, block unwanted calls, and e-mail call notifications. Version 4.6.2 is Windows Vista compatible.
