Overview:
Procs checked against examiner's skill set to ensure examiner can perform the requirements. Exm-gender is matched against the applicant gender & matched against the procedures to be performed to ensure you send the appropriate examiner. Examiner's personal schedule is checked for availability. Examiner's availability is checked against his/her professional schedule by examining bracketed exams. That is, an examiner is available to perform the exam, if the time of his previous exam, plus the time to perform all of the procedures on that exam, plus the drive time calculated from Google Maps is less than the desired exam time & the same calculations are performed against his next exam.
