Many times you get removal requests with an email address which is slightly different from the one in your list. If you use the usual tools for removal (unsubscribe), these addresses will not be removed and therefore this is a source of ongoing upset for your subscribers and ongoing headache for you. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
