Overview:
Paradox SBS offers an efficient, easy to use application for the creation of purchase orders for small and medium sized organizations, using multiple suppliers or vendors. With each vendor activated having a unique set of items or materials. The application includes a number of useful features including multiple vendors or suppliers, automatic items/materials import via csv files, support for barcodes with vendor specific user customizable barcode rules. Price expiration dates, customizable purchase order forms. Exporting orders to electronic data interchange files. Booking-in stock as it is received against its associated purchase order, reporting on stock awaiting delivery. Reporting on a vendors order history. Summarizing all orders placed with the vendor or supplier. Version 1.0.2 includes unspecified updates.
