Overview:
Dicm PACS Client Tool is a powerful SSL-TLS DICOM Client/Server solution. Send DICOM CD-ROMS, folders or files to a PACS. Query-retrieve and download studies with other PACS for review, study and analysis. Dicm PACS Client Tool connects with SSL-TLS transport ensuring all DICOM transactions are secure. Version 3.00 adds SSL-TLS transport. Version 3.0 adds ssl-tls transport.
