Informatik PDF Markup allows you to mark up single-page and multi-page PDF files. The many markup options include: Freehand drawing, lines, arrows, paths, filled or outline shapes, bullets. Options also include white or black redactions, yellow or colored highlighting, text inserts, image inserts, rubber stamps, and text balloons. The inserts are of high quality vectors and text inserts can be text-searchable. Version 2.0.3174.13959 is a bug fixing release.
