Overview:
PDBTools,new version of DBTools, is a DataBase interface program. The old version of DBTools was coded by MS 6.0 with MFC connect with ODBC drivers. So the program can run on MS platform only. PDBTools was coded by PHP base on ADOdb(a cross Database library). DBTools provides a standard command-file interface for DataBases access on MS platfirm and PDBTools provides you a cross O.S. and DataBases platform solution. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
