Overview:
TimeBox Manager is a windows application for managing a project or event where the timeboxing technique is in use. This technique ensures delivery on time and to a high quality by allowing scope changes during the timebox. The important thing about time boxing is that the dates are not flexible, but the deliverables are. Without time boxing, when the deliverables cannot be delivered, the deadline slips. With time boxing, the deadline is fixed, and the deliverables are adjusted. It is ideally suited for use in agile systems development using methodologies such as DSDM. Timebox Manager benefits both large corporations and smaller companies and individual users. It is valuable for: Organisations committed to agile development techniques.
