Overview:

Informatik PDF Complete is an all-in-one PDF tool. The program allows you to convert graphics files, such as TIFF, BMP, PNG, GIF, and JPEG to PDF format, and convert PDF files to these graphics formats. The program can mark up PDF files with text annotations, image inserts, watermarks, highlighting, redactions, barcodes, encryption, notes. Furthermore, the program can append, remove, re-arrange pages, merge and split PDF files. The conversions can be done for single files, selected files, entire folders, even nested subfolders in a batch mode. Markups can be done visually or in batch mode. Version 1.5 is a bug fixing release.
