Overview:
Timer is a simple program to time how long you've been wasting on the Internet (or doing anything). It's kind of like an egg timer, but it times upwards and doesn't do countdown. There are other programs that do this on the net, but this one actually works, doesn't need an installer, and it is also very small and easy-to-use. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
