Overview:

This add-in for PowerPoint creates new buttons with new great functionality in one menu bar on the top of your screen. You will find functions to overwrite presentation properties with your defaults; to set or remove date and path in the footer; to search and replace text in your selection only; to set the text properties of shapes; to set the border width to three defaults; to set the indent level to an appealing distance; to set bullets to defaults; to pick a shape size and apply it to other shapes; to remove the space between shapes; to swap the text of two shapes; to scale a selection with the text; to assemble text of several objects to one text; to generate an agenda with page numbers; to disconnect slides from PowerPoints color scheme. Having all these functions at hand will improve your efficiency greatly. ToolBar installs without requiring administrator rights and is already used in several corporations with great success. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
