This is the smallest (64K) full-featured HTML editor you will ever find. It contains a preview window, help window, wizards, document templates, menus, and button bar. Get the full program including source code. This editor was designed for people learning HTML. (It is better than Notepad, but it is not a WYSIWYG editor.) Version 1.4 includes unspecified updates.
