Overview:
The WebSphere database Configurator can be used to assist in configuring database to work with WebSphere Commerce installation. User can create and tune their WebSphere Commerce database prior to the creation of an instance. Basic database configuration parameters can be easily configured with the use of a simple interface. One can create users and tablespaces for use with WebSphere, WebSphere Commerce, and Payment Manager Software. This tool allows configuring both local and remote databases. Supported operating systems are AIX, Solaris & Windows NT/2000.
