CamCommander is a command line tool to capture images from an USB camera into image files. You need only a single line of code to capture from your Web cam into TIFF or JPEG files. Live preview optional. CamCommander can also be called from the prompt of Windows 2000 and XP. CamCommander seems to be the most easy way to integrate camera access into applications.
