Then the only means make it working again was to powercycle the device. x10ping is the answer to your problems. X10Ping is an application written to monitor network devices by pinging them and when found down over a period of time powercycle them. It's a light application with a GUI interface, notification, scheduling and logging capabilities. Version 1.514 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
