Overview:
Super Crawler Challenge is a straightforward, side-scrolling racing game with a twist: you must drive fast but not too fast. Accelerate when you're in flat/smooth terrain, but slow down before big bumps and steep downhills so that your vehicle stays on the ground. This ensures the maximal speed and acceleration. If you go too fast, you'll get a warning and then you'll have to start accelerating from the beginning. The game is very easy to play (only one key to control the car), but relatively hard to master. Learning exactly when to throttle and when to throttle back requiers good knowledge on the track profiles and lots of practice. The final score comes from all the racetimes summed up. For every player there's always room for improvement. SCC contains four racecourses plus one unlockable bonus track, hi-score lists for every track and every sector of a track. Also full instructions are included in-game, as well as numerous adjustable game options.
