Overview:

Transposer allows you to raise/lower the pitch of any MP3 song without changing the tempo. You can change the tempo of an MP3 song without changing the pitch. Quality of the recording remains the same, within reasonable limits. Uses: 1) By raising or lowering the pitch of a song you can practice in your ideal key! 2) Lowering the speed makes it easier to write down each note of an arrangement or instrument solo part. (Windows 95 or above). Version 2 includes unspecified updates.
