Overview:

Diet and Exercise Planner is designed to help you keep track of your daily food intake and exercise. One button allows entering food you ate; another button lets you enter the exercise. The Planner uses your weight to calculate amount of calories burned by exercise. The front screen indicates the calorie balance as well as corresponding weight loss. Set and measure your long-term goals - set your weight loss and see how much exercise you need to perform to achieve this goal. Choose the exercise type and duration and the software automatically calculates the calories you burn by exercise. Calculates your basal metabolic rate (BMR) using the Harris-Benedict formula. Supports English and metric measurement units. Daily calorie balance and equivalent weight lost are calculated automatically.
