Overview:
This program provides full protection against spam before you download a single email. It does not block any important messages and also admits advertisements that the user is explicitly interested in. All addresses in your mail folders and address book are collected to a white list. You may also specify that email from certain domains or messages with certain keywords in the subject line always get accepted. Clean-Box has manual, half automatic and automatic mode. In manual mode you can unmark and download messages from known senders, who are unknown for the program. No e-mail is lost. In automatic mode Clean-Box returns a challenge code to unknown senders. The program recognizes the returning code and automatically adds the sender to the white list. Clean-Box may be used for accessing POP3 mail accounts with Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape or Eudora. The program is user-friendly, with context-sensitive help. Available in English, French, German Swedish and Hungarian.
