Overview:
Clipper is an easy-to-use screen capture utility that supports saving images in image formats such as JPEG, PNG, GIF (animated and non-animated), Windows Bitmap (BMP), Enhanced Metafile (EMF), TrueVision Targa, TIFF, AVI, and ZSoft Bitmap (PCX). User can change the hotkeys used for capturing the whole screen or the active window. Clipper also supports cropping and resizing captured images.Version 3.6 fixes small multilanguage bug and removes writing 'Clipper v3.6 unregistered' to every screenshot from trial mode.
