Overview:
Sherlock uncovers all vital PC information, performing a complete hardware and software audit. A thorough inventory of everything from the circuit board and operating system to network drives, adapters, and applications is listed in the PC Dossier. The Dossier is an HTML file that opens in your default Web browser. No password or security information is displayed except for security patches and hot fixes. These are displayed along with your computer's internal hardware, software, and most external peripherals. To perform an instant audit, simply double-click the Sherlock icon. In a few seconds, your default browser will open displaying the PC's Dossier.
