SONbuddy is an intelligent multi-hop software platform with simple configurations to provide ease of use even to those without networking experience. SONbuddy enables any Wi-Fi equipped devices (802.11b/g/a) to form a spontaneous Self-Organizing Network (SON) with other SONbuddy users. SONbuddy combines powerful networking algorithms and wireless applications for communication, group collaboration and leisure. Features and benefits: Ubiquitous reach--instant anywhere and everywhere reach made possible by multi-hop routing technology Easy communication--Community based and/or anonymous communication Wireless peer-to-peer networking capabilities Self-Organizing, Self-Forming, Self-Healing network attributes No servers required--Independent technology platform, free from client-server infrastructure User friendly--easy to operate, customize and maintain no configuration hassle. The Lite version supports two members within two hops.
