Reminders are generated even if you don't have your calendar or Web browser open, ensuring that you do not miss anything. When your meeting or event is getting close to the scheduled time, a small reminder window pops up to tell you about the activity. You can choose to open the item to get the details, snooze to be reminded again at another time, or dismiss the item entirely. Now you can keep ahead of your daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, giving you time to prepare and organize your upcoming activities.
