x-Forms contains several programs to design, view, and convert XML- based documents. It is based on formatting objects. The output formats are HTML, RTF, PDF, GIF, TIF, PIC, BMP, PNG, PCL, postscript, direct print It also contains a report generator to create lists, as well as a Java-based API, to fill these documents with data via XML or SQL and an archive system, to store the documents. It is specialized in printing and converting documents via Internet and supports browser-based applications and java-application servers.
